Let’s BBQ, baby!
Tomorrow is February 2nd folks, February 2nd! And its going to be a high of 70F! I’m thinking that it’s time to take the cover off the bbq and get to grillin’! (jealous anyone?) Should we invite the neighbors for a bbq? (trick question)
See one of the first things to learn about North Carolina is that here in the South, bbq= a whole pig, slow roasted, shredded, and coated with vinegar and spices. Yes folks, I said vinegar and I said a whole pig.
What we need to do is have a cookout. Cookout is the term used for burgers, dogs, and anything else you use your grill for.
Yes, this is the first tip I have for y’all. That’s how I roll.
